Payment control system for fees and fees of the University of the Autonomous Regions of the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast, Las Minas Campus, 2015

Abstract

A system of payment control of tuition and fees for students was developed in URACCAN, Recinto las Minas Siuna, which stores the information effectively. Automate, register and provide information in real time. It is an application study with a quantitative approach. The primary source was the administrative staff dedicated to the management of payment control of fees and fees, as a secondary source all records, formats and documents used by the administration area. A Database System was created with the manager, Structured Query Language (SQL) Server 2014, consisting of ten tables, duly related and standardized, which avoids data redundancy. The graphical interface was designed in Visual Studio 2010, with the Visual Basic programming language and 22 forms were created, which allows the user to interact with the database in a simple and safe way. The information system was implemented in the Administration area that went through a trial period, in such a way that possible errors were identified and corrected through the reengineering of the system.
